1. INTRODUCTION 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services provided by Calibre Football. By booking or attending a coaching session, parents/guardians and participants agree to these terms. 

2. COACHING SERVICES 

Calibre Football provides football coaching sessions designed to support player development, confidence, enjoyment and performance. 

All sessions will be delivered by appropriately qualified coaches in a safe and professional environment. 

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT 

Session fees must be paid before the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment details will be provided upon booking. 

Failure to make payment may result in sessions being cancelled or suspended until payment is received. 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY 

Parent/Guardian Cancellation 

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rearranged or refunded. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be charged in full, unless other arrangements are made with the coach. 

Coach Cancellation 

If Calibre Football is unable to deliver a session due to illness, adverse weather, facility closure or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session date or refund will be offered. 

If appropriate, another coach may be recommended in the short-term. 

Parents have the right to refuse the temporary change in coaches, in which case the above will take place. 

5. ATTENDANCE 

Participants should arrive on time and be prepared to take part in the session. 

Participants should bring suitable football clothing, appropriate footwear, shin pads where applicable, and a drink. 

Late arrival may reduce the available coaching time.

6. HEALTH AND MEDICAL INFORMATION 

Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, injuries or other relevant information prior to participation. 

Calibre Football must be informed of any changes to medical information as soon as possible. 

Where emergency medical treatment is required, Calibre Football will take reasonable steps to contact the parent/guardian and emergency contact provided. 

7. SAFETY AND WELFARE 

The safety and welfare of participants is a top priority. 

Participants must follow reasonable instructions given by coaches at all times. 

Calibre Football reserves the right to remove any participant from a session if their behaviour presents a risk to themselves or others. 

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO 

Photographs and videos may be taken for coaching analysis, promotional activities, social media content or marketing purposes. 

Images or videos will only be used where appropriate consent has been provided by the parent or guardian. 

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Calibre Football. 9. LIABILITY 

Football is a physical activity and participation carries an inherent risk of injury. 

Calibre Football will take reasonable precautions to provide a safe coaching environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with participation. 

Parents/guardians accept responsibility for the participant’s involvement in football activities and acknowledge these risks. 

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law. 

10. DATA PROTECTION 

Personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with the Calibre Football Privacy Notice. 

Information will only be used for coaching, administration, safeguarding and communication purposes. 

11. CHANGES TO TERMS 

Calibre Football reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will be made available to all clients.
