Our Story

Calibre began as JLM Coaching, founded by Josh Manzur after studying Sport, Coaching and Physical Education at university.

What started as coaching for local North Oxford teams has grown into a trusted team of experienced coaches working with clubs including Summertown Stars. Now, as Calibre Football, we are building on more than a decade of experience to give more teams and players access to thoughtful, high-quality coaching.

Meet the team behind Calibre.
